| Course Title: | Advanced Fire Debris Analysis |
| Description: | This course focuses on advanced, salient topics related to the identification of ignitable liquids and fire debris analysis. The primary focus of this course is the use of mass spectrometry in ignitable liquid identification and classification using hands-on, practical exercises. |
| Prerequisites: | The prerequisite for this course is either the Basic Fire Debris course or two years of active casework (beyond training) in the analysis of fire debris. The course is designed for the experienced fire debris analyst who wishes to advance their knowledge and skills. |

This is a 4 day course. |

| Course Title: | Basic Fire Debris Analysis |
| Description: | This course is designed to provide essential training in the analysis of fire debris including basic theory, application, sample preparation, instrumental analysis, and data interpretation. This is a hands-on workshop where participants will use the various techniques to analyze samples. |
| Prerequisites: |
The only prerequisite is current or projected work as a fire debris analyst. The course is designed to meet the needs of new fire debris analysts, but the experienced analyst may also gain significant benefit from the curriculum. |
